天龙八部中乔峰的人物性格分析

　　乔峰是一个悲剧性的人物，自出生起，便失去了双亲，自由受尽苦难，靠着一身天赋练就一身蔑视天下的功夫，可惜自身契丹背景又成为了人身路上的绊脚石，明明可以靠天赋吃饭，但是却受尽磨难，不被重用，为丐帮立下汗马功劳，却依旧身份平平，殊不知，当乔峰亲耳听到智光大师那句丐帮历史上从未有哪一个帮主当的如此艰难这句话的时候，他内心是多么的痛苦和凄凉。
　　自小受尽苦难，终于做了丐帮帮主，可以大展宏图，为自身的信仰做一些事情的时候，有人告诉他，他是契丹人，这种身份的真相在当时那个社会，无异于晴天霹雳，自此之后，堂堂乔峰，放眼天下，却没有一个亲近的人、可信任的人，举目无亲，此时的乔峰已然万念俱灰，信仰没有了，就什么都没有了，自己心心念念的杀尽胡人，到头来只是一个笑话，可笑，他心中便只剩下当年的那个真相。
　　一路奔波，一路赛跑，最终还是没能查出真相，而有关的人却都死于另一个自己手里，包括他最尊敬的授业恩师。最终，智光大师将当年的种种告诉了他，也解了他这么长时间以来的心结，乔峰不再是乔峰，有的只是契丹人萧峰。而此时，萧大侠终于发现了这个陪伴自己一路的阿朱姑娘，心动瞬间，便是永远，阿朱受伤了，萧峰还是萧峰，只身救人，不在话下。
　　聚贤庄一役，自己的不杀宋人的誓言已破，此后也不必在意了，剩下的，就只有杀父母、养父养母以及授业恩师的大恶人了。萧峰跋山涉水，找到阿朱，二人终于在马夫人口中得知了那个人，却不料中了圈套，小镜湖亲手打死了阿朱，萧峰仅有的心理支撑又破灭了。
　　萧峰自以为应死在阿朱身侧，永世陪伴，碍于大仇未报，便先将此生最爱葬下，孤身上路。阿朱的妹妹阿紫不小心被自己打伤，为了阿朱的承诺，萧峰不得不前往雪山找寻人参为其治疗，谁料此一去，便是许久，还碰上了那个大辽皇帝，更是与其结拜为兄弟，帮助其平定叛乱，获封大辽国南院大王。荣华富贵永远不是萧峰的追求，他的内心仍然有两件大事，第一报仇，第二则是阿朱。
　　少林寺一战，萧峰解开几十年的谜团，他不但找到了自己的生父，还知道了导致他一生苦果的罪魁祸首，这慕容父子武艺高强，萧峰也不会退缩，心中的无敌信念早就深深植入骨子里。谁知，刚刚寻到的父亲，皈依佛门了，而大仇家慕容博也被少林高僧劝善了。看着自己追寻多年的大事已然完结，而生父也不愿再见自己，萧峰这第一件大事算是完成了。
　　剩下的一件，便是心中的阿朱，本想了结完世事，便追寻阿朱而去，但是又碰上大辽皇帝南征大宋，自己虽是契丹人，但是从小受过的熏陶以及自己对于大宋的纠缠不清的感情，他实在不愿宋辽再起纷争，便劝说大辽皇帝，甚至不惜让两位兄弟挟持皇帝，而这样一来也可以顺便了解自己的另一件心结了。
　　萧峰在雁门关对着大辽皇帝叫了最后一声大哥，趁着自己了解心愿的时刻，护佑了宋辽两国几十年的和平，他很欣慰，他以死劝谏皇帝退兵，对于大宋是大恩，但是对于大辽将士，确实不忠，骑虎难下，加上自己本就想随阿朱而去的意愿，他也想到当年父亲从此地将自己抛上来，才有了他这悲情的一生，从此地再下去，也算是这一生的完结，心中的阿朱也可以再次回归，于是，大英雄萧峰，此生完结。
　　杏林事变
　　乔峰询问内情，发觉全冠清和四长老均参与此次事变，大仁、大信、大勇、大礼四舵的舵主和传功、执法两位长老处境危险，决定擒贼先擒王，施展平生绝学，眨眼间制服全冠清。乔峰成功平定叛乱后，命张全祥引导大义分舵蒋舵主，去请传功、执法长老诸人。
　　众人到齐后，诉说原委，原来众长老均被全冠清囚禁在太湖的船上。乔峰追问原因，吴长风道出内情：要废去乔峰的帮主之位。参与叛乱的四长老认错，乔峰依照帮规自流鲜血、洗人之罪，赦免了四长老的罪责。全冠清却不服，认为大宋的锦绣江山，将沦亡于夷狄。说话间，大信舵派往西夏刺探消息的弟子传来消息，西夏紧急军情，蜡丸传书。乔峰捏碎蜡丸，正要打开，丐帮元老徐冲霄恰到，不准拆看。并告知马大元的遗孀马夫人（即康敏）即将到来，要众人等候。
