路透社发布年亚洲最具创新力大学榜单

　　2018年6月5日，著名媒体路透社发布了2018年度《路透社TOP75亚洲最具创新力大学》榜单。2018年，韩国的KAIST大学（简称KAIST）、日本的东京大学和韩国浦项科技大学（简称POSTECH）分别位列前三名。创新力榜单依据专利数量及学术论文引文数据
　　《路透社TOP75亚洲最具创新力大学》榜单于2016年首次发布，与全球专业信息提供与分析服务领域公司进行合作，依据其专有数据和多指标分析进行排名，例如来自专利检索分析平台DerwentInnovation的专利申请数量和学术论文引文数据。该榜单旨在列出亚洲在推动科学进步、发明新技术以及新兴市场和行业发展方面卓有成效的教育机构。

　　韩国KAIST大学（简称KAIST）连续第三年被评为亚太地区最具创新力的大学。KAIST的前身是韩国科学技术院，是韩国历史最悠久、以科研为主的理工大学，在大田市、首尔市和釜山市建有校区。
　　KAIST最近的主要研究成果包括开发了极耐用的铂基燃料电池催化剂，以消除催化剂运行时空气中的颗粒物，而这项创新有助于电动汽车提高能效，降低驾驶时产生的污染。
　　凭借大量有影响力的创新，KAIST再次位居亚洲最具创新力大学榜单之首。其研究人员申请的专利数量超过了其它上榜的大学，而且这些专利经常被机构外的科研人员在各自的专利和学术论文中加以引用。

　　日本东京大学位居榜单第2位，相较2017年上升1位。韩国浦项科技大学居于第3位，同样前进1位，而国立首尔大学的排名在2018年跌落2位，位居第4。在2018年榜单中排在前10位的大学还包括清华大学（第5位）、大阪大学（第6位）、京都大学（第7位）、成均馆大学（第8位）、日本东北大学（第9位）和新加坡国立大学（第10位）。

　　2018年新入榜的三所学校均来自中国：中国矿业大学（第56位）、山东大学（第67位）和厦门大学（第74位）。与欧洲和北美不同，亚太地区大学的表現较为稳定。相比之下，路透社2018年度欧洲最具创新力大学榜单中有15所大学新入榜。
