段延庆，金庸小说《天龙八部》中的主要人物，原为云南大理国太子，段誉生父，后因大理内乱，被奸臣杨义贞谋国后流亡出外，因其身份，受到多方追杀，最后身中无数刀，虽保住性命但面目全毁，双腿残废，仅能腹语交流。后强练家传武学，终于以一残疾之身成为西夏一品堂一等一的高手，练成武功后，开始向当年追杀他的人展开疯狂的报复，因手段残忍，得到了恶贯满盈的绰号，后来他遇到了另三大恶人，并以其实力将三人统至麾下，成为四大恶人之首。因为大理皇室后来光复后由段寿辉登位，后传于段正明，其心中不服，一心想抢回帝位。武功为腹语术、一阳指等。

段延庆穿着青袍，长须垂胸，面目漆黑，一双眼睁大大，湛湛有神。位于天下四大恶人的顶点、人称恶贯满盈的男人。
最大绝学是云南大理段氏独家武学一阳指，运功后以右手食指点穴，出指可缓可快，缓时潇洒飘逸，快则疾如闪电，但着指之处，分毫不差，当与敌挣搏凶险之际，用此指法既可贴近径点敌人穴道，也可从远处欺近身去，一中即离，一攻而退，实为克敌保身的无上妙术，有指法以及其独门的内力。
人物结局
在将前往救援段正淳的段誉抓住后，本要将其杀死，但意外得知段誉是自己的亲骨肉，在大喜大悲之时，多年来的苦楚化为乌有，让他看透了世上的种种名利争端，在段誉认他为父之后，放下了所有的包袱，真正出家隐遁山林。
在《天龙八部（新天龙八部）》中，为了救段誉而被杀，死前大彻大悟。最终也认了他。
刀白凤，金庸武侠小说《天龙八部》中的人物，是大理镇南王段正淳的妻子，为段正淳殉情而死。
刀白凤是段正淳的妻子，又是段誉的母亲。她贵为王妃。
