黄药师的徒弟为什么如此崇敬他

　　首先是才华太高，高到只能令人仰止的地步。
　　这种人，如果精力不分散，那么就像是《海上钢琴师》中的男主角，像是《心灵捕手》中的威尔。看看这些电影中人们对待天才的态度，就明白黄药师在徒弟中的地位了。
　　孔子的门人子贡，也是个才华很高的人，曾经仅仅靠自己个人的一番游说，就彻底改变了几个国家的局面。于是很多人都抬高子贡，而贬低孔子。看看子贡是如何维护自己的老师的：
　　卫公孙朝问于子贡曰：仲尼焉学？子贡曰：文武之道未坠于地，在人。贤者识其大者，不贤者识其小者，莫不有文武之道焉，夫子焉不学？而亦何常师之有？

　　陈子禽谓子贡曰：子为恭也，仲尼岂贤于子乎？子贡曰：君子一言以为知，一言以为不知，言不可不慎也。夫子之不可及也，犹天之不可阶而升也。夫子之得邦家者，所谓立之斯立，道之斯行，绥之斯来，动之斯和。其生也荣，其死也哀，如之何其可及也？
　　才华高到一定地步，自然会让其他人产生归顺、膜拜之心。
　　第二，黄药师对徒弟好的时候是真好。
　　好像书中说过，黄药师教徒弟不藏私，有啥教啥当然我估计那些徒弟再怎么学也学不到黄药师的水平。
　　而且，那几个徒弟，貌似都是孤儿。是黄药师收留了他们，教他们武功，抚养他们长大。
　　第三，黄药师很护犊。
　　黄药师的态度是：我的徒弟，我要打要骂可以，但是其他任何人都不许动，否则我不管你是谁，都削你。
　　设身处地，如果我们自己碰着这样的领导，处处都为手下着想，争取利益，即便有些严格，我们也会服气的。
　　最后，黄药师虽然打断了另外几个徒弟的腿，但事情的起因却是因为梅超风、陈玄风偷走了九阴真经。黄药师当时妻子刚刚去世，自己也发誓不能离岛，突然遭到这么双重打击，一怒之下才迁怒到其他弟子的。
　　所以，众弟子才会有一个共识：如果不是梅超风二人偷走九阴真经，师父是不会这么对待我们的。
　　而之所以这么认知，估计也是因为黄药师平时对待他们确实很好的缘故。
　　黄药师的才华高到什么地步呢？
　　可以从一个侧面来了解。
　　我印象很深的一个情节是：在桃花岛上，欧阳锋和洪七公比武，比到一定地步之后，发现原有的招数都不好使了，于是两个人临场创造新的招式，一个人创造一个新的招式，然后另一个人想一会再用一个新的招数还击。
　　在我看来，创造一个新的事物，是一件很困难的事情，但这两人居然是现场临时创造新招数！
　　太可怕了，太匪夷所思了。（可能也正是因为太过于匪夷所思，所以金庸在后面的其他小说中再没有出现过类似的情节。）
　　黄药师和欧阳锋、洪七公齐名，所以可以想见黄药师也能做到这一点。
　　而且，黄药师还不仅仅是武功，在其他诸多方面也是当世第一。
